Jora Malaysia seeks an HR/Payroll professional to ensure timely monthly payroll processing for the company. You will manage attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll calculations, and maintain payroll records and HR documentation.
The role covers full spectrum of Human Capital and Administrative functions including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

To prepare and ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for the Company.
To manage attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll-related calculations
To maintain and update employee payroll records and HR documentation
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Capital and Administrative functions including but not limited to recruitment & manpower planning, compensation & benefits and performance management.
To perform and ensure all daily Human Capital payroll / operational issues/matters are handled and solved in accordance and compliance with the Company’s Human Capital Policies & Procedures.
To maintain and enhance the Company’s human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Human Capital policies, programs and practices.
To handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues.
To attend and assist in audits and provide necessary payroll documentation.
To assist the employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or any related discipline with at least 2 years of experience in related field.
Preferably Executive specialized in Human Capitals or equivalent.
Passionate and genuinely interested in payroll handling and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Must be able to process payroll using SAP Payroll System or any payroll system.
Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law such as Employment Act, EPF Act and etc. Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under minimum supervision, takes initiatives and able to work under pressure.
Must be honest and high ethics.
Ability to deal with problematic and/or difficult people and/or situations.
Candidate with HR/payroll experience will have an added advantage.
