Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee guest room housekeeping operations, manpower, service quality and cost control. Competitive salary RM7,500 – RM11,000 with accommodation and meal allowance provided.

Responsibilities include leading supervisors and staff, ensuring room cleanliness, planning manpower, and managing budget, P&L and costs. You will monitor occupancy, revenue and supplies, while recruiting, training and evaluating the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' housekeeping experience.
• 1 year as Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager in a 4-star hotel/resort.
• Experience managing a 250–400 room property and a large housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of room housekeeping, manpower planning, budgeting, P&L and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, confident and able to manage a diverse workforce.
