Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounting assistant to support invoicing, AR data entry, and filing. You will prepare receipts, verify headcounts, and ensure accurate documentation for billing. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in accounting or 1–2 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Timely preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes and quotations.
• Key in AR invoices in accounting system.
• Obtain headcount verification signed off from Operations Head and perform administrative filing, photocopying and scanning.
• Get headcount listing and invoices verified by respective Operations Head for billing purposes.
• Prepare official receipts.
• Ensure all invoices and cash receipts are filed accordingly.
• Resolve discrepancies by investigating documentation.

• To obtain headcount verification signed off from Operations Head & Administrative Work-Filing, Photocopying and Scanning.
• Getting the headcount listing and invoices verified by respective Operations Head for billing purposes.
• Prepare official receipts.
• To ensure all invoices and cash receipts are filled accordingly.
• Resolves discrepancies by investigating documentation.
