Job summary

Hospital Picaso is seeking a Facilities Outsourcing Manager to oversee outsourced service providers and ensure contract compliance with KPIs. You will lead regular vendor review meetings and collaborate with Procurement on tendering, renewals, and vendor selection.

You will supervise daily outsourced service operations, perform site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, and uphold accreditation standards and regulatory requirements across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing outsourced services, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with service management systems.

• Ensure outsourced services comply with hospital accreditation standards, MOH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to outsourced services.
• Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure staff adhere to infection prevention, control, and safety procedures.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, KPI analyses, and incident summaries for management review.
• Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, performance assessments, and compliance reports.
