Job summary

Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and manage operation and maintenance services for Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @IIUM, Kuantan.

Lead a team of maintenance staff and subcontractors, ensure budgets, compliance, and continuous training, while upholding ISO standards and service levels under contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• 10 years working experience in facilities management.
• Hands on in HVAC systems in Hospital, Electrical systems, Asset Management & LifeCycle, CMMS.
• Good leadership qualities, integrity and able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality of services by the maintenance team and subcontractors for the Hospital Support Services.
• Ensure the operational and maintenance expenditures are controlled within the yearly budgeted figures.
• Plan and provide technical advice on engineering, operational and maintenance matters to Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @IIUM.
• Manage and coordinate the additional/replacement/reimbursable works requested by the Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @IIUM.
• Ensure continuous training program is planned in order to meet the required core competencies and improved the service quality.
• Ensure compliance to the statutory requirements and all the certificates are renewed according to the contract agreement.
• Ensure the maintenance team and subcontractors execute the maintenance activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor and ensure the service levels and Key Performance Indicators stipulated in the contract agreement are complied.
