Job summary

Hospital Picaso seeks a senior operations leader to oversee the Hospital Operations Division, including Facilities, Biomedical, ESH, Linen, Housekeeping, Security, Car Park, Transport, and Projects. The role leads daily operations, drives continuous improvement in efficiency and safety, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

The candidate will establish service scope, manage budgets, supervise systems and equipment, and coordinate with authorities for inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Facilities, Engin​eering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare facilities management.
• OSH experience is an advantage; experience in healthcare facility or healthcare project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the department’s scope of service and objectives in alignment with the hospital’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Manage department operations, monitor the performance of hospital systems and equipment, and ensure they remain in good and optimal working condition.
• Schedule and plan routine maintenance, surveillance activities, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and annual inspections by local authorities and government departments.
• Communicate and liaise with local authorities and relevant government departments for surveillance activities and inspections.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Facilities, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in healthcare facilities management.
• Experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) will be an added advantage. Knowledge and experience in healthcare facility management and/or healthcare project management is preferred.
