Job summary

Sunway University invites an Executive – Engagement, Mobility and Recruitment to coordinate student recruitment, applicant engagement, conversion activities and mobility operations for the Lancaster-Sunway Partnership, while supporting governance and reporting.

Responsibilities include implementing partnership strategy, monitoring outcomes, executive support, academic administration, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining partnership records and digital systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Experience supporting prospective or current students, admissions, engagement, mobility programmes, events, student services, or higher education administration.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident using data, spreadsheets, CRM, and digital platforms; proactive and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, engagement, and mobility activities for the Lancaster-Sunway Partnership.
• Monitor partnership performance and support reporting and governance.
• Provide governance, secretariat and executive support for partnership activities.
• Administer academic partnerships and ensure quality processes in administrative tasks.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications with Sunway University, Lancaster University, and students.

The Executive – Engagement, Mobility and Recruitment at Sunway University will coordinate student recruitment, applicant engagement, conversion activities and mobility operations for the Lancaster-Sunway Partnership, while supporting partnership reporting, governance processes, information management, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy Implementation and Operational Coordination
Support the delivery of partnership priorities through recruitment, engagement, and mobility activities.

Partnership Performance Monitoring
Maintain records, monitor outcomes, support data analysis and reporting.

Governance, Secretariat and Executive Support
Support meetings, governance, documentation, follow-up, and executive engagement.

Academic Partnership Administration and Quality Support
Provide administrative coordination, ensuring accurate information, and quality processes for academic activities.

Partnership Development and Stakeholder Coordination
Supporting communication with internal teams at Sunway University and Lancaster University, prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders.

Resource and Operational Support
Providing reliable operational support to ensure recruitment, mobility, and engagement activities are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Partnership Information Management and Digital Systems
Maintaining partnership records and support the use of applicant systems and communication channels.

Communication, Partnership Profile and Engagement
Enhance partnership visibility and engagement with key audiences.

Events, Executive Visits and Partnership Activities
Coordinating events, visits, student engagement activities, and partnership initiatives.

Office Administration and Continuous Improvement
Supporting the Partnership Office and contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and service delivery.

Requirements & Experience

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Experience of supporting prospective or current students, student admissions, engagement, mobility programmes, coordinate multiple activities, events, student services, or higher education administration.

Strong organisation, deliver a high standard of service, and attention to detail.

Confident in using data, spreadsheets, CRM, and digital platforms.

Proactive, service-oriented, and culturally aware, with the ability to work independently.
