Sdguthrie International is seeking an Executive, Community & Communications professional to coordinate end-to-end Digital Enablement programmes and support change management initiatives in a corporate setting. You will plan, execute and track communications, campaigns and events to drive adoption of digital initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, HR, Event Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in programme coordination, events, internal communications, marketing or change management.
• Experience producing written, visual or video content in a corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Support change management activities by developing communication and engagement plans, campaigns, toolkits, events and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.
