Job summary

SD Guthrie International Trading Sdn Bhd seeks a Programme Coordinator to drive end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement initiatives, coordinating workplans, schedules, logistics, and budgets.

You will support change management through communication plans, campaigns and multimedia content, while developing internal marketing efforts to boost adoption of digital initiatives. Collaboration with SMEs and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, HR, Event Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in programme coordination, events, internal communications, marketing or change management.
• Experience producing written, visual or video content in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Support change management activities by developing communication and engagement plans, campaigns, toolkits, events and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.

Professional Experien ce

• 1-3 years of experience in programme coordination,events, internal communications, marketing or change management. Experience coordinating participants, supporting content development, evaluating effectiveness of change management programmes, managing multiple stakeholders, and producing written, visual or video content in a corporate environment is preferred.
