Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Channels to support Group Communications. You will steer media relations, crisis & issues management, corporate messaging and digital content across channels, while guiding leadership messaging and ensuring brand consistency.

You will manage internal communications, editorial development, and budget, driving stakeholder engagement and reputation initiatives for a large multinational.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate/strategic communications or public affairs leadership.
• Proven track record in brand narrative, reputation management and campaigns.
• Strong media relations network with journalists and outlets.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for media statements and executive comms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead external communications: media briefings, press releases, Q&As and interviews.
• Oversee digital and social media channels and website content.
• Provide crisis communication planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead internal communications through portals, announcements and events.
