Job summary

SD Guthrie International in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Community & Communications to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, manage schedules, logistics and budgets. You will develop change management plans, create campaigns and multimedia content, plan roadshows, town halls and webinars, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Support change management activities by developing communication and engagement plans, campaigns, toolkits, events and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.
