Job summary

AEON Credit seeks a dedicated personnel to manage customer payment follow-ups and promote prompt payments. You will collaborate with team members and inform customers about new payment channels and products, while maintaining a high level of professionalism during negotiations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a Diploma/Degree in related fields is required, and 1–2 years of collection experience is advantageous. Immediate start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Banking or equivalent.
• 1–2 years collection/payment experience is an added advantage.
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
