Job summary

TalentConsult is seeking a debt collection professional in Subang Jaya to manage field collection, debt recovery, and repossession tasks. The role requires visiting customers in person, negotiating payment plans, and updating case progress in internal systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in debt collection and related fields, with a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport. Willingness to travel extensively and meet KPIs is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of relevant experience in debt collection, debt recovery, repossession, or field enforcement.
• Experience in hire purchase, leasing, financing or rent-to-own is preferred.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence is required.
• Own car or motorcycle is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in person to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct field collection and debt recovery.
• Assist with recovery and repossession of items when required.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Follow up on assigned cases and provide updates.
• Update job results accurately in the company's internal system.
• Achieve collection and recovery targets.
