Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking an energetic individual for a debt collection role in Malaysia. The position focuses on following up with customers on payments, educating them about timely settlement, and informing them about new payment channels and products.

You will work with a team, review daily performance, and maintain high professionalism during negotiations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with priority for immediate starters.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Banking.
• 1-2 years collection/payment experience is an added advantage.
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• To follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
• Work closely with other team members and other staff.
• Educate customers to make payment promptly.
• Inform customers about new payment channels and product.
• Review on individual daily performance (total collection).
• Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiation with customers.
