Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints in line with our service standards. You will coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring timely follow-up on defect rectification matters.

To attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with company service standards.
To coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and follow up on customer concerns and defect rectification matters.
To build and maintain positive relationships with customers, local authorities, and external parties to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To support customer relations programmes and activities, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
To prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, complaints, and defect rectification progress to management.
To maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions.
To ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and established procedures.
To perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and updating customer information in relevant systems.
To support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations to enhance customer service quality.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Public Relations, Customer Service, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or a similar role, preferably within the property development industry.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of building defects, defect rectification processes, or estate management practices is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with IFCA or related systems is preferred.
