Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a proactive sales professional to drive sales and marketing in Port Klang. You will be the main contact for customers, negotiate and close deals, and build lasting relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities.

The role requires a Diploma, 2–5 years of experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel with your own vehicle. This is a full-time position based in Port Klang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with or without experience in customer service.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience and fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & email)
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English and Mandarin , additional languages are an advantage.
• Own vehicle required; able to travel as needed
