Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Communications Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support business growth and marketing initiatives. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email and hotline, help plan campaigns and coordinate cross-channel activities across digital, print and on-ground channels.

The role requires a diploma or degree in marketing, business administration or communications, 1–3 years in marketing, and strong writing and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Exposure to healthcare, services, or corporate marketing is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist inquiries from WhatsApp, Email and Hotline Number for Business Growth & Marketing.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Support product, service, and campaign launches.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, posters, EDMs, presentations, and proposals.
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, media vendors, and agencies.
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
• Track campaign performance and compile marketing reports.
