KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a multimedia designer to develop engaging infographics, videographics and digital content to support teaching, learning and corporate communication across KPJU platforms.
You will design materials, animations, audio elements and live-streamed video, while maintaining equipment and providing training to staff on multimedia tools and e-learning platforms. This role requires managing multiple projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
1. Develop suitable and engagement academic infographic, videographics and other digital contents to support teaching and learning activities.
2. Design and produce graphic materials, videos, and multimedia content for educational purposes, while also supporting KPJU Corporate communication needs, including website content and digital platforms.
3. Create visually engaging graphic designs, animations, audio elements, music, and sound effects to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of multimedia productions.
4. Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio equipment, and related tools for academic video recording, live streaming, and virtual learning sessions.
5. Provide continuous technical support for KPJU academicians in teaching, learning and academic digital related activities
6. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
7. Assist in system administration and server-related tasks, particularly those supporting academic web applications, e-learning platforms, and online academic activities.
8. Conduct and facilitate training sessions for staff on infographic design, video production, e-learning tools, and other relevant multimedia applications.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
10. Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or special assignments as delegated by the immediate superior or management from time to time
