Job summary

ROSADO TRADELINE Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor in Johor to manage budgets and cost control for M&E and civil works. The role requires planning, cost analysis, and meticulous attention to contractual obligations and variations.

You will ensure timely VO submissions, accurate final accounts, and sustained profitability while maintaining quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (Data Center construction experience is a Plus)
• Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, cost estimation, claim evaluation, and variation orders.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Words, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Budget costing for projects (M&E and civil works).

• Updates cash flow and monitors project budget.
• Work closely with Project Directors to deliver successful projects and foster a positive team environment.
