Job summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Leasing Coordinator in Shah Alam to manage tenant recruitment for a growing mall portfolio. You will coordinate tenancy renewals with the Leasing & Legal teams and assist in monthly rental collections while supporting promotional activities.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering professional tenant service and ensuring smooth tenancy administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related retail disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year of working experience can also apply.
• Experience in retail tenancy agreements will be an added advantage.
• Outgoing, proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Computer literate and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!

• Do monthly rental charges for tenants and collect monthly and outstanding rental charges as well as tenancy renewal process.

• To coordinate with Property Leasing & Legal Department to renew tenancy leases and following the tenancy administration flow of work.
• To plan and organize monthly and festive season promotional activities at the shopping complex.
• To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all the tenants and attend promptly and professionally to any complaints and requests.
• To ensure the Complex operational matters such as maintenance, cleaning, security and safety aspect are well maintained for safe and conducive shopping.
• To do monthly rental charges for tenants and collection of monthly and outstanding rental chargers as well as tenancy renewal process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines related to retail sector.
• Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year working experience can also apply.
• Have experience working in retail sector and knowledge of tenancy agreements administration will be an added advantage.
• Preferably an outgoing, proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and knowledge on other languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities.
