Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a data analytics specialist to prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, monitor KPIs, and ensure reporting accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis and reporting, with strong Excel and Power BI skills; SQL/Tableau knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
