Job summary

DHL Malaysia is seeking a data-driven Analyst to support reporting and performance insights. You will prepare operational reports, dashboards and metrics to help improve efficiency across the supply chain in Selangor.

The role requires at least two years in data analysis, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and knowledge of SQL or Tableau. You will collaborate with operations teams to translate data into actionable improvements and track KPI progress weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand business performance and reporting requirements.
• Develop and improve reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting systems.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Support Operations Excellence initiatives by tracking performance and improvement projects.
