Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis and reporting, with strong Excel and Power BI skills; SQL/Tableau knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand business performance and reporting requirements.
• Develop and improve reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting systems.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Support Operations Excellence initiatives by tracking performance and improvement projects.
