Job summary

CARSOME in Alor Setar is seeking an Executive, Business Development for New Car Dealers (NCD). You will prospect, engage and convert dealer leads, and align with teams to craft a clear path to sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel. A valid driving license and own transport are essential to visit dealers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Contact new car dealers (NCD) interested in used cars disposal.
• Servicing, recruiting new & existing new car dealers to explore business opportunities.
• Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing requests by new car dealers.
• Assist with car inspection appointments upon dealer request.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase revenue.
• Work closely with related departments and adhere to standards.
• Set sales objectives and establish action plans to achieve targets.
