Job summary

AQ is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to grow our solar PV solutions in Malaysia. You will engage with industrial clients, identify opportunities, and support project teams to deliver tailored solar PV offerings.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adaptable and passionate about renewable energy. Diploma or degree in business or engineering preferred; Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency required, Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently; preferably proficiency in Mandarin

• Conduct site visits and provide the Operations & Engineering team with detailed information to support accurate project planning and layout design.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Operations & Engineering team and other project stakeholders to develop efficient project methodologies and maintain profitability.
• Work closely with the Operations & Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
