Job summary

S L NG Group of Companies in Malaysia's Johor Bahru is seeking an Executive for Building & Facility Management to oversee daily facility operations.

You will conduct regular checks of offices, warehouses and buildings, coordinate with contractors, monitor cleanliness and safety, and maintain records of maintenance and service schedules.

1–2 years of relevant experience and a qualification in Administration or Facilities Management are preferred; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/ Diploma in Administration, Facilities or Building Management.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building/facility maintenance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on and able to work around office and warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks of office, warehouse, and building facilities.

Coordinate with contractors for cleaning, repairs, pest control, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other services.

Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, lighting, air-conditioning, toilets, pantry, and common areas.

Assist with basic safety checks, including emergency exits and fire equipment.

Monitor facility supplies and arrange replenishment when required.

Assist with office setup, furniture arrangement, and general facility requirements.

Maintain simple records of maintenance, service schedules, quotations, and invoices.

Assist with warehouse and building facility matters when required.

Perform other HRA and administrative duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Administration, Facilities Management, Building Management, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of building/facility maintenance.

Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, organized, and able to follow up on tasks.

Hands‑on and willing to work around office and warehouse areas.

Able to work independently with reasonable supervision.
