The role requires proactive calendar management, travel coordination, and strong communication to enhance team productivity.

You will work with diverse stakeholders across locations, help drive team culture, and manage complex schedules while delivering high-quality administrative support and problem-solving

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant/Team Assistant role providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations and time zones.
• Professional, proactive, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and manage calendars for two Executive Leadership Team members, including meetings and travel.
• Support a positive team culture and reflect company values in daily interactions.
• Act as interface between teams and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.
• Drive internal events and handle administrative office tasks.
• Coordinate business travel planning and expense reporting.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders to deliver seamless support.
• Contribute to Building One Team across Foodpanda, Foodora, Yemeksepti and regional assistants.
