Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in an EA/Team Assistant or similar role.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple locations/time zones.
• Professional, proactive, and discreet.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and calendar management for two Executive Leadership Team members.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Act as interface between teams and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Drive internal events and office administration.
• Plan and book business trips and manage expenses.
• Develop solid relationships with stakeholders to deliver seamless support.
• Foster cross-brand teamwork with Foodpanda and regional assistants.
