Responsibilities

• Attend to secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties confidentially.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and other secretarial tasks including quotation comparison and market studies.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely updates to Directors.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings; organize Director's travel plans and itineraries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments for the Director as required.
