Job summary

Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites a competent Finance Executive to join our finance team in Petaling Jaya. You will handle monthly closings, year-end processes, and reconciliations for credit card, deliveries, and E-Wallets using Navision.

You will generate reports, liaise with banks and vendors, support balance sheet schedules, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and a diligent,

• Proficient with Excel and Navision; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly closing and year-end closing for credit card, deliveries and E-Wallets in Navision.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and perform reconciliations across reports and payments.
• Follow up with outlets/IT/banks for discrepancies in Credit Card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Credit Cards, E-Wallets and Deliveries.

Job description

You will be required to report to the Head of Department, Finance (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).

Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following: -

To ensure monthly closing and year end closing for credit card, deliveries and E- Wallets been completely, timely and accurate updated in Navision

To generate Daily Credit Cards Reports from Bank Portal

To prepare Daily reconciliation Credit Cards Reports vs Tender Reports vs Collections

To follow up with Outlets/ IT/ Banks for any discrepancies in Credit Cards Reconciliations

To generate Daily E-Wallets Reports

To prepare Daily Reconciliation for E-Wallets vs Tender Reports vs Collections

To follow up with Outlets/ IT/ Vendor for any discrepancies in Credit Cards Reconciliations

To prepare Monthly Balance Sheet Schedules for Credit Cards, E-Wallets and Deliveries

To liaise with Vendors/ Bank/ PR for any verification on documents i.e. refund documents, duplicates swiping

To do weekly Delivery Reconciliations between Tender Report vs GF/FP Reports vs GF/FP Payment

To follow up with Deliveries Vendors on any payment collection issues.

To activate, create invoice & follow up on payment for Vouchers sold.

Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or HOD and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.

Job requirements: -

Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

At least 2-3 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position.

Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess work commitment.

Working experience in AP - F&B/ retail industry are preferred.

Proficient with Excel and experience with Navision will be added advantage
