Job summary

An experienced Accounts Executive role at Dragon-i Restaurant Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping to support the overall financial operations of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing invoices, bills, and other financial documentation in a timely manner
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded
• Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and best practices
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
