Job summary

Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites a competent Finance Executive to join our finance team in Petaling Jaya. You will handle monthly closings, year-end processes, and reconciliations for credit card, deliveries, and E-Wallets using Navision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Navision; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly closing and year-end closing for credit card, deliveries and E-Wallets in Navision.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and perform reconciliations across reports and payments.
• Follow up with outlets/IT/banks for discrepancies in Credit Card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Credit Cards, E-Wallets and Deliveries.
