EHH FOOD INDUSTRY SDN BHD is a food manufacturing company in Malaysia seeking an accounting professional to manage full set of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare financial reports. The role supports month-end/year-end closing, cash flow monitoring, and budgeting controls while liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and budget controls
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities
• Prepare audit and tax schedules and supporting documents
• Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
• Provide financial reports and analysis to support management

Job description

Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing. Monitor cash flow, expenses and budget controls. Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities. Prepare audit and tax schedules and supporting documents. Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Key responsibilities

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage
