Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive - Administration (Fresh Graduates Only) to support the executive with calendar management, travel planning, and communications. The role involves analyzing information for memos, reports, and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Oversee the executive's appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to optimize their time.
Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the executive to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases. Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers, employees, and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.
Access the executive's email accounts to schedule appointments and answer or redirect routine inquiries from internal or external sources.
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
Maintain the executive's office and accounting records; monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure that office activities are conducted within established budgets.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time. This includes preparing documents and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls, drafting letters and official information releases, arranging and attending meetings, and taking and distributing minutes.
Training new team members, requestors, and other employees in the finance department or at other transfer points.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Able to work independently and take the ownership on the task assigned.
