The Faculty of Medical and Life Sciences at Sunway University is seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive – Administration to support clinical site coordination, student engagement initiatives, and administrative operations that enhance programme delivery and student experience.

Job Description

1. Clinical Site Administration

Coordinate administrative and operational arrangements for students undertaking clinical, observational, or experiential activities at Sunway Medical Centre.

Act as the key contact point for student support, guidance, and coordination matters.

Support onboarding, orientation, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and communications related to placements.

Liaise with Academic Clinical Lecturers (ACLs), healthcare professionals, and Sunway Medical Centre staff to facilitate smooth operations.

2. Student Experience & Engagement

Support student engagement, wellbeing, and professional learning initiatives across programmes.

Coordinate workshops, briefings, networking events, enrichment activities, and other student-facing programmes.

Ensure timely communication of placement information, schedules, professional expectations, and related updates.

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to student activities, placements, and stakeholder engagement.

Support process improvements and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Undertake additional administrative or project-based duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, Psychology, Communication, Hospitality, Human Sciences, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in administration, student services, healthcare coordination, education support, customer engagement, or stakeholder management.

Experience in a university, healthcare, hospital, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.

Strong organisational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
