Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, Psychology, Communication, Hospitality, Human Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, student services, healthcare coordination, education support, customer engagement, or stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical site administration for students at Sunway Medical Centre and act as main contact for student support.
• Support student engagement initiatives, workshops, and placement communications.
• Maintain records and documentation on placements and stakeholder engagement; contribute to process improvements.
