Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a senior Examination Operations Lead to oversee all facets of the Examination Department. You will supervise staff, govern schedules, coordinate paper setting, and ensure secure handling of exam materials while maintaining academic integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor in Education/Administration (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years in academic management, and strong knowledge of examination policies. Expect collaboration with multiple departments and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic or examination management.
• Strong understanding of examination regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Examination Department.
• Supervise examination staff and provide guidance on roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee preparation and approval of examination schedules and timetables.
• Coordinate with academic departments for paper setting and moderation.
• Ensure timely and secure printing, storage, and distribution of exam papers.
• Ensure proper logistics for exam venues and invigilation arrangements.
• Address and resolve examination irregularities or misconduct cases.
• Monitor examination proceedings to uphold academic integrity.
• Review and validate examination results before official release.
• Lead the preparation of reports and documentation for the Examination Board.
• Formulate and update examination policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic audits to evaluate examination processes.
• Liaise with academic departments, faculty, and administrative units.
• Handle examination-related queries from students and staff.
• Provide support during audits, inspections, and academic reviews.
