Job summary

rednote is seeking a part-time events coordinator in Malaysia to support offline creator and community events, including event preparation, on-site coordination, guest reception, and basic operations. You will assist with communications between creators, attendees, venues, and local partners, and support event hosting, audience engagement, and other on-site needs in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English is required; part-time availability and local presence in Malaysia

Qualifications

• Part-time availability based in Malaysia.
• Fluent in Malay, Mandarin Chinese, and English.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with creators and event participants.
• Prior experience in event organization, campus activities, community events, or similar roles is preferred.

• Fluent in Malay, Mandarin Chinese, and English
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with creators and event participants
• Prior experience in event organization, campus activities, community events, or similar roles is preferred
• Hosting, MC, public speaking, or stage experience is a strong plus
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced offline event environments
