Qualifications

• Familiar with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and editing software.
• Proactive, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Able to work occasional weekends for events with advance notice.
• Willing to travel for events and may require own transportation.

• Coordinate with clients and suppliers

About you

• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin and Bahasa are an advantage)
• Familiar with Adobe, Microsoft, and any editing software
• Proactive, responsible, able to work independently, and willing to learn
• Able to work occasional weekends for events (with advance notice)
• Willing to travel outstation or overseas
• Own transportation required, as the role may involve travelling to various event venues
