Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with client enquiries.
• Assist clients via WhatsApp and other channels.
• Conduct and assist with venue site visits.
• Handle walk-in enquiries when required.
• Introduce and recommend suitable venue packages and services.
• Follow up with leads and potential clients.
• Prepare daily sales visit reports and weekly sales summaries.
• Proactively develop new sales leads and market opportunities.
• Assist with event preparation and setup.
• Coordinate event flow from setup until the end of the event.
