Job summary

en zee.io is seeking an Event Activation Intern to help develop event proposals and deliver engaging brand activations. You will support the team from early planning through on-ground execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers exposure to proposal development, client projects and live event execution, with flexibility for selected evenings or weekends during events.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing event concepts, activation ideas and proposal decks.
• Conduct research on venues, suppliers, activities and event trends.
• Support event planning, coordination and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and partners under project lead guidance.
• Assist with event setup, on-ground operations and post-event reporting.
• Update project timelines, checklists and event documentation.
• Complete other event related tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva or similar presentation tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including selected evenings or weekends, when required for events.
