Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking an energetic Event & Activation Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support our team in planning and executing events, activations, roadshows and brand campaigns. You’ll contribute from planning and coordinating before events to on-ground execution ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Ideal candidates are currently studying in any field and eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning, operations and campaign delivery, with opportunities to build a diverse portfolio across

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events, activations and roadshows
• Coordinate with vendors and other partners
• Support event logistics, materials, manpower and scheduling
• Be part of the on-ground event crew and ensure activations run smoothly
• Help recruit and coordinate ambassadors, promoters and event crew
• Capture photos, videos and other content during events
• Brainstorm creative activation ideas to help brands engage with audience
• Prepare post-event reports, photos and campaign results
• Support other marketing and community projects when required

Job description

Location: NearbyMenara BRDB Bangsar (Have own transport, need to travel along KL & Klang Valley)
Allowance: Up to RM1,500/month + 1 annual leave per month given + Free Parking + Pantry
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Internship Duration: Minimum 12 weeks, or according to your university’s industrial training requirements
Benefits: Convertible to Permanent Role upon completion

About the Role
