IGREEN PLUS SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead operational strategy for its Malaysian EV charging business.

You will translate strategic objectives into practical plans, establish scalable operating models, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Engineering, Projects and Finance. The role requires a strong background in operations leadership, multi-disciplinary teams, and a proven ability to scale a technology-enabled infrastructure

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior operations or functional leadership roles.
Strong track record in scaling businesses and transforming processes.
Financial fluency including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategy and execution for EV charging business.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with KPIs.
Establish scalable operating models, SOPs and governance.
Coordinate across Commercial, Engineering, Projects, Finance, HR & Admin
Oversee deployment, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, safety and customer requirements.
Monitor network performance, reliability and service quality.
Work with commercial teams to deliver sales commitments operationally.
Collaborate with CEO/Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
Develop department heads and key operational personnel.
