Job summary

IGREEN PLUS SOLUTION SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced General Manager to lead and grow its EV charging business in Malaysia. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, manage key accounts, and oversee project delivery, operations, and partnerships.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, extensive leadership experience, and a deep understanding of EV charging/infrastructure. You will build and manage teams across commercial, technical, and operations functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant working experience with several years in managerial/senior leadership role.
• Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV charging business operations and execute the company strategy in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement annual business plans and revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Monitor industry developments, regulations, and trends in EV ecosystem.
• Drive revenue growth through key accounts, channel partners, and new business development.
• Oversee planning, deployment, operation, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, and safety.
• Manage overall financial and commercial performance and lead cross-functional teams.
