Job summary

EV Plus Mobility Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Kuala Lumpur.

You will identify EV-charging opportunities, manage projects from enquiry to completion, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with landlords and technical teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project sales or project management.
• Experience in EV charging, electrical, renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or related industries is preferred.
• Strong project coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare professional proposals and deliver presentations.
• Commercially driven, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new EV-charging projects and business opportunities
• Manage EV-charger projects from initial enquiry through completion
• Conduct site assessments and understand customers’ charging requirements
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal technical teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals and commercial requirements
• Follow up on sales leads, tenders and partnership opportunities
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, property owners, developers, government agencies and strategic partners
• Monitor project progress and resolve commercial or coordination issues
• Achieve business development and project revenue targets
• Provide regular project updates, sales forecasts and management reports
