Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or similar discipline.
• Experience in front-line roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers.
• Assigning customers to available executives.
• Attend to telephone calls and enquiries.
• Monitor test drives and demo car movement.
• Prepare reports and related documents.
• Assist in CSI and CRM activities.
