Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification; a Diploma in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Experience in reception, customer service, front desk, or administration preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers professionally upon arrival.
• Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with customer registration and appointment scheduling for showroom visits, test drives, and after-sales services.
• Provide basic information about dealership services and direct customers to the relevant sales consultants or service advisors.
• Maintain the showroom reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and general administrative tasks.
• Support the sales and after-sales teams with customer enquiries and daily operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer visit records and appointment schedules.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
