Spring Pharma Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a driven medical sales professional to execute sales and marketing activities, achieve targets, and expand the customer base among doctors and healthcare professionals.

You will present products, review KPI targets with the Ethical Manager, travel to multiple areas, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry codes while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Science, Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel and cover multiple areas.

• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned sales targets.

Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned sales targets.

Prioritize and review KPI performance indicators and sales plans with the Ethical Manager to ensure efficient and effective work execution.

Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's products.

Effectively reach out to targeted healthcare professionals and drive conversion to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share within the assigned territory.

Support internal stakeholders in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.

Conduct market and competitors research on a project basis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and the local industry's code of conduct to ensure that the company conducts business with integrity.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Science, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dealing with doctors and healthcare professionals. Experience in selling Nutrition products / Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices is an added advantage.
• Strong business awareness, analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and able to work and travel independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
