Job summary

Fiamma Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced ERP Support Specialist to manage day-to-day support and coordinate ERP applications, including WMS and CRM. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved and processes run smoothly.

You will work with business users, IT teams and vendors to investigate issues, perform initial analyses and drive continuous improvement across ERP systems and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Strong ERP and end-to-end business process understanding.
• Experience coordinating ERP/WMS/CRM and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 ERP and business application support.
• Understand and support end-to-end ERP processes across modules.
• Assess issues and perform initial investigation before escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors and business users to resolve issues.
• Support ERP, WMS, CRM and other enterprise apps.
• Track issues to closure and identify recurring problems.
• Provide system guidance to business users.
• Work independently and take ownership of tasks.
