Job summary

The Operations Executive (ERP, Procurement & Data Analysis) at AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly, owns ERP/CRM health, and turns raw data into actionable insights to support decision making.

You will work with Sales and Finance, manage data integrity, procure inventory, maintain dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and help with supplier quotes and lead times. Coordinate with warehouse and raise POs to avoid stockouts; strong analytical mindset required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Power BI or similar dashboard tools is a plus.
Knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP (inventory, purchasing, sales orders).
Maintain CRM data integrity: update records and monitor pipeline entries.
Coordinate with vendors/IT for upgrades and issue resolution.
Develop SOPs and provide basic user training.
Extract and analyze data from ERP/CRM to produce reports (sales, inventory, fulfilment).
Build dashboards/reports for management review.
Monitor stock levels and raise POs to prevent stockouts.
Liaise with suppliers for quotations and lead times.
